Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Provide leadership, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and provide project cost reports to internal stakeholders.
Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, updating them on project progress, issues, and risks.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and that project goals are achieved to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Identify and engage project stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
Manage project scope changes, evaluating their impact on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including capacity planning, project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in a technology, specifically software-related, or engineering field.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with project management software, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, and an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex challenges through critical thinking, creativity, and sound decision-making, delivering effective and practical solutions.
Ability to motivate the team by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment, setting clear goals and expectations, recognizing achievements, and encouraging collaboration to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP, is preferred.
