About the role
- IT Product Manager responsible for developing company’s software products at KBS. Ensuring delivery of effective features and managing user expectations with agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the success of our company’s software products
- Delivering value to internal and external users through software development.
- Gather business requirements, manage user expectations, and provide vision to development team.
- Focus development team to ensure execution of roadmap and delivery of new features.
- Define product vision, and maintain product roadmap.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize and manage delivery of backlogs.
- Ensure quality level of delivery by actively participating in release process.
- Report on progress to stakeholders and IT management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, business, marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Product management certification, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), is desirable.
- 3+ years’ experience as a software product owner
- Experience leading cross functional teams with Scrum methodology
