Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, for your specific product, feature or workflow, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Define requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to execute product development initiatives.
Communicate product strategies, roadmap priorities, and progress effectively to ensure alignment and support across the organization for your product area.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software development, marketing, and sales to prioritize features and deliver impactful solutions.
Develop and maintain a high-level roadmap prioritizing features and initiatives based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market analysis.
Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and market trends.
Lead in understanding customer needs and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges.
Define product positioning and messaging to differentiate it in the market and work with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5-10 years of experience in product management in a SaaS company.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record building data products.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in Non Profit, Healthcare, or Higher Education is a plus.
