Senior Product Marketing Manager shaping messaging, launches, and customer expansion for Knak’s enterprise marketing production platform. Driving adoption and revenue across email, landing pages, mobile messaging, and AI.
Responsibilities
Drive product marketing for Knak’s entire enterprise email and landing page creation platform portfolio
Build portfolio messaging and product marketing content, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, web copy, product videos, and customer stories
Collaborate with product managers across email, landing pages, mobile messaging, integrations, and AI to shape messaging
Conduct regular customer conversations and incorporate customer language
Maintain a point of view on competitors and market direction
Own go-to-market launches for products and features end to end
Set launch tiers and coordinate Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing
Prepare Sales, CSMs, and Enablement with training, plays, objection handling, and discovery questions
Report on launch adoption, attach rate, pipeline, and win rate, then improve performance
Build installed-base campaigns driving adoption, expansion, and retention
Equip CSMs and Sales with expansion plays, proof, and content
Introduce Knak to marketers brought in through new channels such as mobile messaging and landing pages
Turn customer wins into stories, benchmarks, and business-case proof
Establish a customer marketing motion and grow expansion pipeline
Report to the VP of Product Marketing
Operate initially without a direct-report team, leading through influence
Requirements
4+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS sold to enterprise buyers
Senior level: 6+ years, with launches led rather than supported
Strong writing ability: clear, specific, customer-focused communication
Experience launching products or features and reporting results
Ability to move cross-functional teams through influence rather than authority
Ability to manage details, deadlines, and follow-through
Self-starter with a competitive streak
Comfortable with ambiguity
Bonus: experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Pardot, or marketing operations/campaign practice
