Requirements
- USPTO-registered Patent Agent or Patent Attorney
- Strong educational and/or industry experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence or a closely related field
- Preferred advanced degree (MS or PhD)
- At least three years of related patent prosecution experience
- High level of familiarity and practical experience in both the software and biological fields
- Highly detail-oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in technical writing considered a strong plus
- Admission (or qualification for admission) to the state bar corresponding to the primary office location
