- Legal professionals joining HeyMilo Labs’ paid recorded discussions. Debating fictional legal scenarios and explaining specialized expertise to support AI training and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in paid, recorded conversations with legal professionals who have similar backgrounds
- Discuss topics within legal expertise, such as commercial contracts, employment law, corporate governance, privacy, or intellectual property
- Debate fictional legal scenarios, weigh competing interpretations, and explain practical tradeoffs
- Defend perspectives with clear reasoning and relevant examples
- Respectfully challenge assumptions, ask follow-up questions, and respond to counterarguments
- Use fictional or anonymized examples avoiding confidential or privileged information
- Participate in an initial screening and, if selected, a paid recorded conversation
- Recordings may be licensed to AI developers for training and evaluation under agreed terms
Requirements
- Professional experience as an attorney, legal counsel, paralegal, or in another substantive legal role
- Strong domain knowledge in at least one legal specialty
- Fluent spoken communication in the language of the session
- Ability to sustain a substantive, unscripted discussion and explain complex ideas clearly
- Careful listening and willingness to reconsider your position when presented with a compelling argument
