Product Designer (AI) shaping user experiences across audio plugins and web platforms at LANDR. Collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive, impactful designs.
Responsibilities
AI-assisted exploration: Use generative tools to rapidly iterate on interface concepts, moodboards, and user flows, exploring a wider range of directions in less time.
Rapid prototyping: Design functional, high-fidelity prototypes using modern “prompt-to-design” and “prompt-to-code” tools to validate ideas before development.
Maintain an intelligent design system: Contribute to the evolution of our Figma design system by integrating AI-enhanced components and automated documentation.
Design audits: Use AI-driven audit tools to ensure visual consistency, accessibility compliance, and adherence to UX best practices across our product suite.
Collaborate and align: Work with PMs and developers to ensure your designs are not only aesthetic but also technically feasible and aligned with our strategic objectives.
User research synthesis: Use LLMs to synthesize user research and usability test data, turning raw feedback into actionable insights.
Be proactive: We value "speed to insight." Don’t wait for permission to optimize a workflow or improve the user experience.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing digital experiences, ideally in a SaaS or creative tools environment.
Active use of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to explore concepts, solve problems, and optimize design processes.
Iterative working approach that favors "deliver and learn" and rapid experimentation.
Strong user empathy and the ability to design solutions that address real creative frustrations.
A deep passion for music and a solid understanding of the production process (DAW, plugins, etc.), including the "flow" state sought by musicians.
Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
Advanced expertise in Figma (auto-layout, variables, library management, and design systems).
Experience with an AI-augmented design stack (e.g., Magic Patterns, Figma Make, Relume, Loveable, Framer AI, or similar tools).
Proficiency with language models (LLMs) for content generation, user research synthesis, and workflow automation.
Experience designing audio interfaces, plugins, or complex creative environments.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, including typography, color theory, and the intersection of music and visual technology.
