- Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery for clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in creative or marketing agencies, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-client projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and stakeholders across different countries
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring collaboration and alignment with global teams
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and client relationship management
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to keep projects on track
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a creative mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs
- Willingness and ability to travel across North America as needed
- Extensive experience in growth marketing and proficient CRM management, driving impactful strategies that boost customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth
