Responsibilities
- Own the proposal process from kickoff to submission
- Create persuasive, client-focused proposals highlighting Long View’s solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to shape winning strategies and develop content
- Coordinate multiple contributors, priorities, and deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement through proposal analysis, lessons learned, and win/loss tracking
- Edit, proofread, format, and manage proposal submissions
- Deliver polished, professional proposal packages
- Support broader business initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of proposal management experience
- 2+ years of business writing, proofreading, and editing experience
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Solid working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with proposal management software
- Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when required
- Previous experience working on government or federal proposals/bids is an asset
- Previous experience using Qorus is an asset
- APMP certification or active pursuit of certification is preferred
