Responsibilities

Leverage AI tools and Insights Agents to automate foundational analysis
Conduct deep analysis of large, complex datasets to support high-impact initiatives
Design and maintain scalable data models and contribute to centralized semantic layer
Design and optimize dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools
Partner with business teams to integrate AI capabilities into analytics workflows
Provide guidance on when to use dashboards vs. AI-driven analysis
Support the development and adoption of a centralized data dictionary
Upskill analysts and business users on both traditional BI and emerging AI-enabled analytics capabilities
Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual analysis with automated, AI-assisted workflows

5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
Strong SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred)
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ELT processes
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar)
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of data governance and the importance of trusted, consistent definitions
