About the role
- AI Consultant/Freelancer supporting two AI pilots for learning programs at Venture for Canada. Providing strategic AI guidance and implementation support in a nonprofit context.
Responsibilities
- Support two time-sensitive AI pilots connected to learning programs
- Provide strategic AI guidance and hands-on implementation support
- Help design, build, deploy, test, support, and evaluate AI-enabled learning tools
- Balance advisory support with hands-on execution
Requirements
- Experience in designing, building, and troubleshooting AI-enabled tools
- Expertise in deploying AI tools in learning, nonprofit, workforce development, or other non-technical user environments
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, privacy, data governance, bias mitigation, transparency, and safe use of AI
- Ability to assess technical feasibility, timelines, costs, risks, and compliance needs
- Skills in creating project plans, documentation, onboarding materials, and evaluation approaches
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
