Responsibilities
Support development and optimization efforts for the ServiceNow platform
Gather, analyze and document functional requirements related to ServiceNow
Organize workshops with stakeholders to explore issues and validate solutions
Write user stories and functional specifications in accordance with ServiceNow standards
Facilitate collaboration between business teams and the ServiceNow COE
Support technical, QA, and change management teams in deploying deliverables.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience on the ServiceNow platform in an analyst role
Good knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Change, Catalog, Problem, CMDB, Employee Service Center)
Experience documenting user stories, processes, and functional specifications
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL principles
Bilingual in French and English
Asset: Knowledge of SPM, GRC, CSM, HRSD modules or other enterprise service areas in ServiceNow
