About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support development and optimization efforts for the ServiceNow platform
  • Gather, analyze and document functional requirements related to ServiceNow
  • Organize workshops with stakeholders to explore issues and validate solutions
  • Write user stories and functional specifications in accordance with ServiceNow standards
  • Facilitate collaboration between business teams and the ServiceNow COE
  • Support technical, QA, and change management teams in deploying deliverables.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience on the ServiceNow platform in an analyst role
  • Good knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Change, Catalog, Problem, CMDB, Employee Service Center)
  • Experience documenting user stories, processes, and functional specifications
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL principles
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Asset: Knowledge of SPM, GRC, CSM, HRSD modules or other enterprise service areas in ServiceNow
  • Asset: ServiceNow certification.
