Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Examination & Analysis domain.
Drive workflow and JTBD-oriented product strategy focused on investigator and examiner outcomes.
Identify opportunities for shared capabilities, workflow integration, platform evolution, and portfolio convergence.
Balance near-term customer needs with long-term strategic and architectural direction.
Partner with centralized AI leadership to deliver impactful Agentic investigative capabilities.
Own roadmap strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management for products and capabilities within the Examination & Analysis domain.
Utilize AI and Claude to drive lean Product Discovery, Experimentation and Analysis.
Drive execution in partnership with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality investigative workflows and customer experiences.
Establish and track success metrics tied to adoption, workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
Support portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and cross-functional initiative alignment.
Engage directly with customers and investigative agencies to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging challenges.
Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and technology developments across digital forensics and investigative analysis.
Translate customer and market insights into differentiated product and workflow strategies.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric execution.
Requirements
10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading complex technical product portfolios in digital forensics, cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or adjacent domains.
Strong understanding of workflow-driven product strategy, platform thinking, and capability-oriented portfolio management.
Experience leading initiatives across desktop, cloud, hybrid, or platform-enabled environments.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
Experience applying emerging technologies, including AI-assisted capabilities, to solve customer workflow challenges is preferred.
Experience working with Law Enforcement, Government, or regulated investigative environments is preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
