Senior Product Manager needed for a 6 - month contract in downtown Vancouver with retail and data analytics experience. Onsite 4 days/week.

Responsibilities
- Lead digital product strategy to exceed customer expectations
- Champion user-centricity as the voice of the business and the customer
- Guide strategy and adoption of digital products within a cross-functional team
- Define and evolve product strategy grounded in user insights and market dynamics
- Own product vision and roadmap aligning with long-term business outcomes
- Drive product development ensuring iterative delivery of high-impact features
- Leverage product analytics and customer feedback for performance assessment
- Partner with global platform teams for modernization initiatives
- Develop change management plans for smooth rollouts
- Communicate product strategy and impact to executive leadership
- Build and nurture strategic relationships across the organization
- Lead and develop a high-performing product team
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in product management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
- Certifications in product strategy, agile leadership, or innovation management are beneficial
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in website platform level, reusable services across wealth management, asset management, insurance, retail, advisor, and retirement segments
- Proven track record of launching and handling digital products
- Experience leading digital transformation across complex servicing workflows
- Proficient in applying design systems for scalable user experiences
- Familiarity with personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely)
- Deep understanding of enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of headless architecture, API-first design, and microservices
- Experience implementing consent management solutions for privacy compliance
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong grasp of UX principles and behavioral psychology
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Rally for backlog visibility
