Responsibilities

  • Lead digital product strategy to exceed customer expectations

  • Own product vision and roadmap aligning with long-term business outcomes

  • Leverage product analytics and customer feedback for performance assessment
  • Partner with global platform teams for modernization initiatives
  • Develop change management plans for smooth rollouts
  • Communicate product strategy and impact to executive leadership
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across the organization
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product team

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in product management
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
  • Certifications in product strategy, agile leadership, or innovation management are beneficial
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in website platform level, reusable services across wealth management, asset management, insurance, retail, advisor, and retirement segments
  • Proven track record of launching and handling digital products
  • Experience leading digital transformation across complex servicing workflows
  • Proficient in applying design systems for scalable user experiences
  • Familiarity with personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of headless architecture, API-first design, and microservices
  • Experience implementing consent management solutions for privacy compliance
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong grasp of UX principles and behavioral psychology
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Rally for backlog visibility
