Inspire staff to achieve great group disability results
Hire, develop, and retain industry top talent
Proactively monitor workflow, overall service delivery, and conduct performance management
Ensure effective disability management practices are appropriately utilized
Collaborate with overall disability management team to deliver exceptional client relations
Meet and connect regularly with clients through a variety of communication methods
Utilize data to identify trends and areas of improvement
Foster a continuous improvement culture
Requirements
Fully bilingual (French/English)
Knowledge in medical terminology, treatment, and/or physical/mental functional ability assessment
Knowledge of Group Disability and best-in-class case management practices
Completion of post-secondary education in health sciences field
2+ years of work experience in a clinical setting in a health-related field
3-4 years of managing health recovery absences
Comprehensive knowledge and application of duty to accommodate and Privacy & confidentiality legislation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
