About the role
- Remote outbound representative promoting products and qualifying leads for MCI. Maintaining customer records and meeting call and conversion targets from home.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Promote products, services, or special offers
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups as needed
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed daily call and conversion targets
- Engage customers and prospects from a home-based environment
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must complete a full application, including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada
