About the role

  • Talent acquisition specialist recruiting exceptional coaches for Mento’s performance coaching platform. Building AI-powered workflows and managing coach operations from hiring through activation.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle coach recruiting from sourcing and referrals through interviewing, evaluation, selection, and hiring
  • Build relationships with highly experienced executives and operators
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining Mento's quality standards
  • Develop and optimize recruiting strategies and pipelines
  • Redesign recruiting and operational workflows to eliminate manual work and improve scalability
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, and integrations
  • Connect tools, data, and processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making
  • Manage the coach journey from hiring through onboarding, training, and activation
  • Own day-to-day coach operations, including communications, support requests, recurring programs, and documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement programs and tools
  • Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and measure improvements

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, selection, and hiring
  • Experience engaging, interviewing, and evaluating highly experienced executives and operators
  • Experience designing and implementing AI workflows, automations, agents, or connected tools
  • Demonstrated impact from AI-powered systems or solutions built
  • Experience coordinating people, timelines, and handoffs for programs, rollouts, or recurring operations
  • Experience improving operational processes over time
  • Experience working in a startup or technology company
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and hiring needs
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership and use data to drive results
  • Interest in coaching and human development
  • Must be located in the US or Canada
