About the role

- Support the Technical Publications team on various tasks in a project-based environment.
- Meet client deadlines when responding to customer requests for customization.
- Free subject-matter experts (SMEs) to focus on their core work rather than administrative project-management tasks.
- Develop appropriate performance metrics for the team and maintain the team's budget on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Interest in the aviation industry
- Currently enrolled in a business, computer engineering, or industrial engineering program
- Project management skills
- Business/financial acumen
- Strong organizational skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Coding and automation skills
- Knowledge of VBA, Python, C, C++, or Java is an asset
