About the role

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients throughout the design process
- Create design deliverables: user flows, wireframes, prototypes
- Integrate accessibility from the outset
- Use artificial intelligence to accelerate content creation
- Present and communicate work to clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with product managers and the research team
- Participate in user testing and analyze findings
- Work with developers to implement applications

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital product design
- Excellent French and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of accessibility principles and fundamentals of AI
- Enthusiastic about design and sharing insights
- Passion for high-quality digital solutions
- Proactive and self-directed
- Experience with design tools on macOS (Figma, Adobe Suite)
- Interest in sound design, animation, user research, and testing
