- Own the evolution of a scalable design system
- Design end-to-end user flows and experiences
- Produce sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Lead design discovery and experimentation
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolution of team design practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design or related field
- Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
- Proven experience building scalable design systems
- Strong prototyping skills
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
