Responsibilities
- Help implement Morgan Stanley's Information and Data Compliance program
- Help establish and implement governance framework for onboarding, testing and monitoring of AI and Gen AI models
- Monitor periodic performance checks to ensure adherence to governance policies
- Advise on applicable governance processes, controls, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Compliance testing groups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years professional experience in banking and/or enterprise technology compliance
- General data management or analysis
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in risk management, compliance oversight or regulatory experience
