Responsibilities
Own the EPM vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring priorities align to firm and Technology leadership objectives and deliver measurable outcomes across portfolio rationalization, lifecycle management, and investment effectiveness.
Evolve the EPM operating model - including roles, processes, artefacts, and decision forums - and establish enterprise governance structures supporting product lifecycle, portfolio health, and investment transparency.
Drive enterprise-level visibility into product portfolios, including lifecycle status, risk, technical fitness, and value, in strong partnership with Architecture, Risk, and Finance to inform product strategy, end-of-life decisions, and modernization priorities.
Ensure AI products and capabilities are identified, classified, and governed as first-class products, with clear ownership, lifecycle accountability, and alignment to enterprise architecture and strategy.
Oversee enablement activities including tooling, data integration, dashboards, and training, ensuring teams are equipped to deliver consistent outcomes.
Deliver decision-focused reporting and data-driven insights to senior leadership across portfolio health, AI product ecosystem, and investment priorities.
Requirements
At least 8+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex, cross divisional initiatives at enterprise scale.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong executive communication skills with comfort operating at senior leadership and governance levels.
Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence in a matrixed organization.
Strong judgement balancing strategy, delivery, and pragmatic execution.
Data driven mindset with the ability to use insights to shape decisions rather than just report status.
Experience using AI enabled tools to improve analysis, communication, and day-to-day productivity, with an understanding of responsible use and enterprise governance constraints.
