Product Manager guiding partner integrations and growth surfaces for Perch, a digital mortgage platform. Collaborating across teams to drive acquisition and enhance client experiences in mortgage decision-making.
Responsibilities
Drive the roadmap for Perch's partner integrations and portals and the API surface that powers them. You'll sit close to partners, understand how their business runs, and build the primitives that let them embed Perch deeply into their workflows.
Own and identify client experiences that sit at the top of the funnel, including landing pages, high conversion tools and lending powered experiences and the in-product touchpoints that shape first impressions. You’ll optimize the acquisition journey, not just the first click.
Own Perch's client lifecycle messaging and CRM infrastructure. On the product side, you'll design and improve the transactional messaging pipeline, building segmented automation flows across audiences and journey stages, integrating them with product events, and iterating based on performance. On the business side, you'll equip sales and partnerships with the CRM tooling, event workflows, and outreach infrastructure they need to open new relationships and deepen existing ones.
Run disciplined experiments in acquisition, conversion, and distribution. Clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, kill criteria. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. This includes emerging surfaces like AI-driven discovery and agentic search, where getting Perch in front of the next generation of homebuyers is an open problem we're solving.

Vendor and stakeholder management. You've managed external vendors, contractors, or agency relationships and held them accountable. You know how to scope work, evaluate proposals, and run a procurement process.
