Responsibilities
Lead the design process for key products and features from inception through delivery.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations that impress both stakeholders and users.
Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity within teams.
Explore solutions, build prototypes, and dive into user feedback and data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement for each initiative.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices—and bring new ideas to the team.
Pay close attention to detail, prioritize simplicity, and seamlessly integrate interconnected projects to turn complex tasks into intuitive experiences.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing digital products (web, mobile, or SaaS).
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies, high-impact product designs, and innovative solutions.
Proficiency with Figma or other design tools (bonus if you enjoy exploring code or motion/animation design).
Experience organizing user research sessions and using tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or similar.
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to balance business goals and user needs to create designs that are both functional and beautiful.
Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries—you value efficiency and consistency while always keeping the end user in mind.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your work and lead discussions confidently, including at senior levels.
A curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for testing new ideas and iterating quickly.
