- Senior Manager responsible for UX design direction and research for AI features at Netomi. Collaborating with teams to ensure a leading-edge customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Shape the design direction for cutting edge AI centric features.
- Create and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys.
- Translate research into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes for Engineering team.
- Impact the overall design and functionality of the Netomi platform.
- Iterate to ensure a great user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Overall 12+ years of relevant experience working as a UX designer, and 4+ Experience in B2B SaaS products/platforms, and complex enterprise platforms.
- 5+ years of experience working on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI related products.
- Hands on and proficient in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, data-driven using quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with product managers and engineers.
- Clear communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories behind design decisions.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Strong sketching skills from low-fidelity to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Familiar with the latest user-centred design trends and methodologies.
- Expert with Figma and/or Sketch and related tools.
- Experience with UX project planning tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and other front-end markup languages.
- A diverse digital portfolio showcasing interaction design, user experience, typography, etc.
- Design Degree (Visual communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent strong portfolio).
