About the role
- AI Strategy & Transformation Architect developing innovative AI solutions and collaborating with experts at NeuraFlash. Driving transformation through advanced AI technologies and integration with Salesforce and Amazon services.
Responsibilities

- Whether you're developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation
- Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their business applications
- Expertise in translating emerging technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI), including ecosystem integration
- Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics a big plus
- Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps)
- Ability to connect business strategy to execution, partnering closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams
- Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with dynamic and engaging personality, simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping problem statements in early-stage strategy engagements
- Experience contributing to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership
