About the role

  • Salesforce Solution Architect creating scalable B2B Commerce solutions for NeuraFlash. Leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business process discovery sessions to define scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions aligned to customer objectives
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, Consumer Goods Cloud), ensuring alignment to best practices and long-term scalability
  • Define and govern solution design, including data models, integrations, and system architecture, to support complex business requirements
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live), ensuring quality and consistency
  • Drive UX and solution design strategy to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences
  • Act as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor to both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide development teams on implementation approach
  • Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices
  • Own deployment strategy and release governance, including environment strategy, risk mitigation, and rollback planning
  • Provide oversight on testing strategy (unit, integration, UAT), ensuring solutions meet functional and technical requirements
  • Define data architecture and modeling strategies to support customizations and integrations
  • Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to align business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives
  • Support post-go-live strategy, including optimization, scalability planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and internal events

Requirements

  • Salesforce Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in B2B commerce on core, Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
  • Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein Features & Capabilities
  • Understanding B2B Commerce Extensions framework
  • Understanding on B2B Commerce APIs and Connect APIs
  • Understanding of cross cloud use cases ( B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, Marketing)
  • Understanding of Salesforce OMS
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Integration Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Prior experience executing deployments and use of DevOps tools (i.e. Gearset, Prodly, Copado, etc)
  • Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations
  • Development Skills: Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript
  • Data Analytics: Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences and situations
  • Confident, self-assured, team-player, ambitious and driven
  • Detail and quality oriented with the desire and ability to rapidly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Prior experience building technical artifacts including Salesforce configuration design documents, technical design documents.
