About the role

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud architect leading implementations, configuration, and delivery for NeuraFlash and Accenture. Partnering with customers, Salesforce, and AI teams to build scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define requirements with customers and propose and deliver solutions related to Sales processes
  • Support architecture and configure best-in-class Sales Cloud implementations
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools such as Process Builder and Visual Flows
  • Leverage the Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
  • Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on project delivery best practices
  • Interface directly with Salesforce to craft new solution perspectives
  • Support the Pre-Sales team with industry perspectives, demos, and deal execution
  • Create thought leadership pieces to accelerate the NeuraFlash brand in Sales Transformations
  • Acquire new technical expertise and understand the latest Salesforce features and major launches
  • Own overall design success and lead the development team through design, development, QA, and solution launch

Requirements

  • 5+ years project experience in a hands-on position
  • Experience with 10+ Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
  • Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations, with experience solving complex use cases using the Salesforce Platform
  • Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, deployment best practices, and governance
  • Client-facing experience in pre-sales activities, project management/ownership, discovery and design, delivering solution options to customers, and enterprise application architecture
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
  • Experience coaching and mentoring Salesforce talent
  • Any Salesforce certification is a plus, preferably Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service Lightning Consultant
