About the role

  • Senior Project Manager leading a team of PMs to manage strategic initiatives at Numeris, Canada’s leading source for broadcast measurement and consumer behaviour data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & oversee multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across diverse projects
  • Partner across Product, Platform, IT, Operations, Research, P&C, Marcom, Finance, and company leadership to deliver innovative solution
  • Work across the organization to Identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and professional development, including high performance and accountability
  • Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices for adoption across the organization
  • Establish a team culture of ownership, transparency and end-to-end delivery excellence
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall frameworks effectively based on project needs
  • Coach teams on best practices for hybrid delivery models
  • Design and implement PMO governance, standards, and reporting processes
  • Establish enterprise level reporting to leadership to ensure alignment across the enterprise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including the Senior Executive Team
  • Ensure clear communication of program objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and leadership to align expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus for successful program delivery
  • Serves as an active member of the CMO
  • Partner with P&C and MarCom on organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and adoption plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience in product and software development
  • Proven track record managing programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience developing PMO processes in a mid-sized organization
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring Project Managers
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred
