About the role
- Revenue Operations Analyst supporting Nuvei’s fintech payments growth, pricing, and commercial performance initiatives across the Americas. Analyzing payment economics, transaction data, competitors, and enterprise pricing models.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis of commercial performance by leading deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data
- Develop materials and business cases for strategic growth initiatives
- Develop presentations and materials for senior leadership
- Monitor and report on the FinTech ecosystem, competitor pricing, market trends, and card network and alternative payment method costs
- Analyze merchant transaction data, scheme performance, and risk metrics
- Generate insights to improve approval rates, reduce fraud losses, and drive commercial growth
- Lead payment economics analysis covering interchange, scheme fees, and processing costs
- Identify margin leakage and recommend pricing adjustments or routing optimizations
- Partner with the global Pricing team to design, implement, and iterate pricing strategies
- Develop custom enterprise pricing models and scalable pricing frameworks across new and existing markets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with a proven track record in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the FinTech or payments industries
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver on time
- Ability to work independently to strict timelines while collaborating with a diverse team
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment preferred
- Professional fluency in English required
