About the role

  • Visier Practice Director scaling Next Generation’s HR analytics consulting practice. Driving growth, executive client leadership, delivery excellence, and workforce intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the practice strategy, including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market expansion
  • Identify new opportunities and develop differentiated consulting offerings around Visier and workforce intelligence
  • Create reusable solution accelerators to increase client satisfaction and speed time to value
  • Build a scalable operating model balancing growth, delivery quality, utilization, and profitability
  • Establish the practice as a trusted leader in people analytics and workforce transformation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR executives, and business leaders
  • Lead executive conversations, strategy sessions, workshops, and complex transformation engagements
  • Connect workforce analytics to business priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Build strategic client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership
  • Partner with Sales on strategic pursuits, proposals, account strategies, and executive relationships
  • Drive account growth and connect client value with commercial outcomes
  • Provide executive oversight of complex engagements and maintain standards for quality, client satisfaction, and profitability
  • Establish delivery standards, KPIs, and processes that enable the practice to scale
  • Partner closely with Visier across Sales, Delivery, and Support while growing the Visier practice
  • Provide technical oversight of data, integrations, and Visier environments, both internal and client-facing
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consulting organization
  • Build career paths and a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and client excellence
  • Develop future practice leaders and create a scalable leadership model

Requirements

  • 10+ years in consulting, professional services, HR technology, people analytics, workforce strategy, or a related field
  • 5+ years leading a consulting practice, professional services organization, or significant client-facing team
  • Proven success growing revenue, building teams, developing offerings, and scaling a business
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with CHROs, HR leaders, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience leading complex technology, analytics, or transformation engagements
  • Strong understanding of workforce analytics, HR transformation, and SaaS
  • Commercial acumen across pipeline development, strategic selling, proposals, and account expansion
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • Visier or comparable people analytics experience strongly preferred
