About the role
- Project Coordinator in Operations managing project delivery activities at O'Dell HVAC Group. Liaising with teams to ensure jobs stay on-time and above expectations in Ottawa.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with project managers to support project delivery activities
- Completing change notice administration
- Issuing purchase orders to manufacturers and validate acknowledgement
- Managing fulfillment process, including receipt, packing, and shipping
- Arranging shipments as required, coordinating with internal/external logistics and customer contacts
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with sales team and external vendors
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- A post secondary education in Construction Management, Project Management, or another related equivalent education or experience
- Experience in a Project Coordinator role considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system considered an asset
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external project stakeholders
- The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Comfortability in a changing environment with multiple deadlines
- The ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
