Responsibilities
Liaising with project managers to support project delivery activities
Completing change notice administration
Issuing purchase orders to manufacturers and validate acknowledgement
Managing fulfillment process, including receipt, packing, and shipping
Arranging shipments as required, coordinating with internal/external logistics and customer contacts
Establishing and maintaining working relationships with sales team and external vendors
Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
A post secondary education in Construction Management, Project Management, or another related equivalent education or experience
Experience in a Project Coordinator role considered an asset
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system considered an asset
Strong communication skills with both internal and external project stakeholders
The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
Comfortability in a changing environment with multiple deadlines
The ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
