About the role
- Technical Project Manager delivering customer automation projects for OneReach.ai’s enterprise AI orchestration platform. Coordinating technical teams, timelines, budgets, documentation, and client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations, translating them clearly to the solutions delivery team
- Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform
- Develop pre-sales demonstrations and maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet customer requirements
- Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects
- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
- Consolidate product information from various sources into detailed technical documentation and proposals
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins
- Collaborate with customers and technical teams to deliver automation projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in client-facing management roles, such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership
- 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality assurance
- Track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proven experience managing time frames and budgets
- Experience in project management within modern software environments, including technical project oversight
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is nice to have
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs is nice to have
- Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is nice to have
- Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products is nice to have
- Must be registered as self-employed in Canada or eligible to register as self-employed if needed
- Must be comfortable working remotely with globally distributed teams
