About the role

  • Revenue Operations Analyst optimizing sales performance for OPENLANE’s digital used-vehicle marketplace. Building dashboards, forecasting, CRM processes, and experiments for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights, forecasting support, and performance analysis
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics tracking attainment, productivity, and pipeline health
  • Develop frameworks and tools to help representatives prioritize high-value activities and accounts and increase funnel efficiency
  • Support and streamline sales administrative processes, including territory assignments, quota setting, incentive tracking, and CRM hygiene
  • Apply A/B tests, pilots, and cohort analysis to evaluate sales strategies, incentive programs, and process changes
  • Design repeatable processes, dashboards, and reporting structures for larger and more complex sales teams
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and recommend improvements to increase sales effectiveness and coverage
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align revenue operations initiatives with broader business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst, or a similar function
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Looker) and creating impactful dashboards
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including report generation and dashboard creation
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI/automation tools in the workplace to improve efficiency, streamline processes, or scale reporting/insights
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and sales processes
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and moderate technical skills for data querying, transformation, and modeling
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and modeling
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle management
