Responsibilities
Create a blueprint for local Field Marketers to develop relevant marketing plans and tactics that drive and progress pipeline toward revenue goals
Serve as the Field Marketing point of contact for Product Category Sales leaders, Product/Industry Marketing, and Global Campaigns teams
Translate and align product priorities into a cross-product marketing strategy
Identify and scale best practices to maximize business impact
Guide local marketers in creating marketing plans and selecting tactics to build and progress pipeline
Synthesize and analyze information and data to tailor local recommendations
Work across global teams to simplify information and clarify strategy and approach
Develop recommended tactics, event frameworks, and best-practice guidance
Provide field feedback to global teams so assets and approaches meet local needs
Establish a global go-to-market approach executed across 3 geographies and 16 markets
Practice continuous improvement by adapting and evolving approaches
Coach local marketers to adopt best practices and identify gaps
Connect global teams, champion Field Marketing needs, and advocate for solutions
Requirements
Strategic marketing expertise matched with local marketing knowledge
Deep understanding of GTM structure and ability to work in a matrix by leading through influence
Excellent data analysis skills to build blueprints that leverage strengths and address gaps
Growth mindset and coaching approach to help local marketers understand and adapt to change
Bias for action and ability to identify quick wins balanced with plans for longer-term needs
15+ years of Field Marketing experience in a complex, matrixed tech organization
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
