About the role
- Product Manager Intern exploring conversational AI through analysis and optimization at Pebl. Collaborating on user experience and design in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing real Alfie conversation data to understand how users engage, where they drop off, and what they actually need
- Optimizing how Alfie behaves in specific contexts — its persona, conversation flow, and how it guides users toward the right next action.
- Researching how the best conversational AI products are built and what Pebl can learn from them
- Defining use cases, success metrics, and requirements that engineering can build toward
- Contributing to Athena discovery — user research, use case mapping, and requirements definition on our employee-facing AI
Requirements
- 1–3 years of product, strategy, or related experience (pre-MBA counts)
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI products, or sales/marketing funnels is a plus
- Strong written communication — your primary output is documents that drive decisions
- Hands-on with AI tools — you build with them, not just use them
