Requirements
Proven SaaS operator or founder with early-stage experience
Hands-on with sales, customer development, and GTM design
Excellent communicator with a bias for clarity and action
Strong business instincts, with the ability to turn feedback into opportunity
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Data-literate, strategic, and deeply customer-driven
Previous founder or early executive in a B2B SaaS startup
Background in technical sales or product-led growth
