- Proposal Manager developing strategy and managing lifecycle for healthcare proposals at Philips. Leading SMEs to produce winning proposals while ensuring compliance and quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage the opportunity development and proposal strategy
- Manage the proposal lifecycle autonomously
- Assemble a team of SMEs and lead them through the development of the winning strategy
- Own the direct development of the proposal structure and content
- Maintain all related documents, schedules, project calls and meetings
- Conduct compliance, quality, and competitive reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a Liberal Arts field
- 3+ years of proposal management or relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing skills
- PMP, CAPM, and/or APMP Foundation-level certification is preferred
- Bilingual French and English skills are preferred but not required
