About the role
- Design and build AI-driven automation workflows using Workato and LLMs. Mentor internal AI Champions and translate manual configurations into scalable automated systems while maintaining a strict speed-quality balance.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven solutions to automate delivery processes
- Build and maintain automation recipes and workflows in Workato
- Pair with internal "AI Champions" for knowledge transfer and mentorship
- Ensure a strict "Speed-Quality Balance" for automated solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience building complex, enterprise-level workflows in Workato
- Hands-on experience implementing LLM-based solutions using Claude and Gemini/Google AI Studio
- Understanding of agentic structure, security architecture, and AI design blueprints
- Ability to translate manual configurations into automated solutions
- Experience in a "System Builder" role
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Groovy
- JavaScript and React for UI development
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and high-level system design
