About the role
- Senior Integration Specialist managing iPaaS automations for Plusgrade's teams. Configuring, training, and supporting developers in implementing workflows for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the iPaaS platform (workspace structure, environments, security policies, naming conventions)
- Create reusable templates, shared components, and best-practice guides that accelerate developer productivity
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to teams implementing iPaaS workflows
- Implement platform monitoring, alerts, and health dashboards to ensure reliability
- Train and coach developers on iPaaS capabilities, patterns, and standards
- Evaluate new platform features and recommend adoption strategies
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure the platform aligns with organizational needs
Requirements
- iPaaS platform expertise: 3+ years of experience with Workato or similar platforms, with deep knowledge of configuration, best practices, and platform capabilities
- Coaching mindset: enjoys helping others succeed by providing guidance, training, and tools that make their work easier
- Problem-solving ability: diagnose platform issues and guide teams through implementation challenges
- Communication skills: explain technical concepts clearly to developers and business stakeholders
- Process-oriented: understand how to structure platforms and standards for organizational efficiency
- University degree or equivalent: in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
