- Serve as the primary interface between business subject matter experts and the technical team

- Quantify gains and track time savings
Requirements

- Strong influencing skills
- Process design experience: Over 7 years in business process improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement)
- Technological fluency: solid understanding of AI and automation (iPaaS, LLMs)
- Strong analytical rigor
- University degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field
