About the role

  • Senior Process Optimization Consultant optimizing business processes and leveraging AI in a travel technology firm. Leading workshops and collaborating with teams for impactful automation changes.

Responsibilities

  • Process discovery and reengineering
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with business units
  • Identify bottlenecks, errors, and scalability constraints
  • Redesign and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with the Senior Solutions Architect
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements
  • Serve as the primary interface between business subject matter experts and the technical team
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Promote the organizational maturity required for change
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure adoption of new workflows
  • Ensure business ownership and accountability for the new optimized processes
  • Quantify gains and track time savings

Requirements

  • Optimization mindset
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Process design experience: Over 7 years in business process improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement)
  • Technological fluency: solid understanding of AI and automation (iPaaS, LLMs)
  • Strong analytical rigor
  • University degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field
