Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Silver Shield’s B2B offering
- Deeply understand B2B segments and their workflows, economics, and success metrics
- Lead discovery with customers and partners
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable features
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success
- Define and track key product and business KPIs
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, and commercial constructs
- Create clear product documentation and enablement content
- Represent the product in customer meetings and partner conversations
- Contribute to the product culture at Pontosense
Requirements
- Significant experience (typically 5–8+ years) in product management
- Strong track record in B2B or B2B2C products
- Experience owning a product or major product area end ‑ to ‑ end
- Comfortable working with products that span hardware and software
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into simple value propositions for non ‑ technical buyers and users
- Understanding how to build for and with partners, such as care providers, channel partners, or platforms
- Data ‑ informed decision making
- Excellent communication skills
