About the role
- Project Manager at Potloc managing market research projects from start to finish. Working with clients to ensure satisfaction and delivering data insights effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research projects from kickoff through to delivery of data to the client (no analysis)
- Precisely understand client needs at the start of each engagement to scope projects and identify the best solutions aligned with their objectives
- Translate and coordinate client requirements with internal and external teams
- Serve as the primary client contact during operational phases: kickoff, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery
- Proactively track project progress and communicate regularly with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and long‑term retention
- Support clients in using the Potloc platform to optimize their experience and efficiency
- Contribute to process and product improvements by proposing new features and ways of working
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Research Associate in the market research industry
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively
- Experience designing questionnaires (creation and optimization)
- Solid understanding of sampling methodologies (CATI, CAWI, etc.)
- Highly autonomous, results‑oriented and proactive
- Excellent judgment with a demonstrated track record of resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously at different stages of the client journey
- Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards in a fast‑moving environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with consulting firms or private equity funds is a plus
- Fluent English is required; French is an asset to support our international client base
