About the role

  • Lead Designer at Procurify owning design vision and execution across marketing and product touchpoints. Collaborate with teams to drive design excellence and create efficient systems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steward the company’s design vision across product and brand in close partnership with the Product team.
  • Develop and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and scalability across all experiences.
  • Translate business and product goals into clear, actionable design strategies that drive measurable impact.
  • Champion design excellence, accessibility, and user-centered thinking across the organization.
  • Own end-to-end design across marketing, product touchpoints, and customer communications, creating a cohesive experience across the entire customer journey.
  • Ensure design work consistently reflects brand standards, business priorities, and best-in-class usability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, RevOps, Sales, CX, and CSM to bring integrated, high-impact experiences to life.
  • Balance hands-on design work with guiding and managing external design partners.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to the Senior Brand Designer, occasional contractors, and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Establish workflows, tools, and review processes that support scalability and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary decision-maker on design quality and direction.
  • Manage contractors and build out a design team as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Experience designing within a B2B technology or SaaS environment (mid-market experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional design initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with contractors or external partners.
  • Strong expertise in both UI/UX design and brand/visual communication.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern web/mobile best practices.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools), with familiarity using emerging AI-powered design tools.
  • Ability to present and defend design concepts with senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
