Responsibilities
- Manage the complexity of multiple proposals, focusing on project management and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with RFP mandatory requirements
- Assist engagement teams on strategy and tactics to improve their success rate
- Help edit or write compelling value propositions and assist client service teams
- Conduct bid/no bid meetings and undertake win-loss debriefs
- Drive adoption of the firm’s standard sales and business development methodology
Requirements
- Extensive experience in proposal management and new business pursuits
- Experience in an accounting firm or financial environment preferred
- Interest in upskilling for a digital world that includes AI solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire proposal process
- Experience in preparing teams for oral/finalist presentations is an asset
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to produce high quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines
- Adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguity
