Senior IAM Associate delivering SailPoint and Okta identity solutions for PwC Canada clients. Managing projects, engagements, business development, and IAM practice development.
Responsibilities
Deliver IAM projects across the full range of IAM knowledge areas, solutions, and products
Manage engagements, including project planning, budget management, and resource management
Conduct business development throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, pre-sales presentations, technical demos, client and engagement risk assessments, bid management, proposal writing, and contract management
Develop practice delivery methodologies, training, and sales and marketing materials
Maintain professional development as an IAM subject-matter specialist through training, conferences, and self-study
Multitask across multiple projects and competing priorities
Work with other Cybersecurity & Privacy teams on non-IAM projects as required
Help newer and junior team members integrate into the IAM team, Cybersecurity & Privacy Consulting practice, and PwC
Requirements
4+ years in Information Security and/or Digital Service Delivery with discrete Identity requirements
2+ years in Identity and Access Management with at least 1 full-cycle IAM project
Extensive knowledge of at least one major-vendor IAM product, such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Saviynt
Formal education in Technology or Business areas
Preferred education includes Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
Relevant certifications in IT security, infrastructure, and/or software development are preferred, including CISSP, PMP, COBIT, ITIL, and CIPP
Relevant vendor certifications in the IAM domain are preferred
Interest in upskilling and adapting to new tools and technology trends
