About the role
- Commercial real estate banking associate supporting financing, underwriting, and portfolio management for TD’s development and construction clients. Conducting analysis and preparing credit submissions.
Responsibilities
- Support underwriting, portfolio management, and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions
- Conduct financial analysis
- Prepare credit submissions
- Monitor construction and land development projects
- Ensure adherence to the Bank's risk management and monitoring requirements
- Structure financing packages to meet clients' credit needs
- Provide banking products and services to real estate companies
- Work closely with Account Managers, Account Manager Associates, and senior management
- Help real estate developers achieve their business goals
- Participate in on-site mentoring and classroom training
Requirements
- Graduate/undergraduate degree in business, or working towards one
- Undergraduate degree
- Proven analytical skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Mobility to Vancouver and Surrey is required
- Ability to complete on-site mentoring and classroom training
- Ability to work under provincial employment regulations in Canada
