About the role
- Owning operational backbone for AI company, transforming insurance workflows with AI at the center. Driving change and building compliance and operational efficiency as the company scales
Responsibilities
- Own business process design and enforcement
- Drive AI adoption across the entire company
- Special Projects
- Review and manage contracts and compliance (for now)
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives
- Build the change management muscle
- Be the connective tissue between legal, finance, and AI
Requirements

Benefits
- Base salary of $100,000 - $140,000, dependent on level of experience
