Requirements
Post-secondary education or college diploma completed.
Minimum 2 years of Disability claims case management
Preferred background in healthcare, finance, or a related field
Bilingualism (English and French) required
Exceptional client service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical thinking, judgement and risk-management mindset
Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in digital tools, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Basic math skills with an understanding of financial information.
Ability to meet the technological and confidentiality requirements of the role.
