About the role
- Senior, Tech Risk and AI Automation at Reddit driving AI-first internal audit and risk function through AI and automation. Collaborating with Engineering and IT to enhance compliance programs for SOX and security testing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale our SOX compliance program by designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven testing
- Spearhead the testing of internal controls using agentic AI systems
- Partner closely with Engineering, IT, and business teams to integrate our AI automation
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the use of AI in risk management
- Contribute to a culture of innovation within the Risk Advisory and Assurance team
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, internal audit, and/or compliance function
- Experience supporting SOX and/or security compliance testing in the technology industry
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA, and/or CISSP preferred
- Ability to assess complex processes to identify risks and opportunities for automation
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and prompting (i.e., Google AI suite, ChatGPT, specialized AI audit tools)
